Opportunity to join WOFT international reviewer team
If you are an occupational therapist and care about entry-level occupational therapy education, the World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WOFT) invites you to volunteer on an International team to review occupational therapy entry-level educational programmes.
The review is part of the WFOT educational programmes approval process.
Those who nominate are expected to:
- Have at least 5 years’ experience in teaching and programme/curriculum development in the WFOT approved occupational therapy entry-level educational programmes
- Have prior experience of reviewing the WFOT educational programmes in accordance with the requirements of the WFOT Minimum Standards
- Be proficient in English. Proficiency in additional languages would be welcome.
- Be a member of the national occupational therapy association in their country, and preferably an individual member of the WFOT.
Reviews will be conducted electronically and elected volunteers will be given appropriate guidance and support. Volunteer reviewers usually undertake 1-2 reviews a year, and will be required to finish the review and write a report within 4-6 weeks.
The deadline for applications is 30th April 2017. If you are interested, access the nomination form on the OT Australia webpage.
