					<description><![CDATA[I agree with you there, wound management in RACF is not done at its best, it&#039;s sad that people always hide behind &quot;Not having enough time&quot;. I looked after a lady with chronic ulcers on both legs, she had had the ulcers for a year or so, but now one leg is completely healed. We had to involve her GP, wound care nurses and tried different types of dressings and it paid off. This woman was so depressed because of her legs, but I tell u as soon as that leg healed she was more brighter than ever and attended activities with fellow residents which she never used to do, she is eating and drinking more ( nomore supplements) and less use of PRN analgesia.]]></description>
